My dad (Randy Porter) wrote a song, I arranged it, USC’s Overflow A Cappella performed it, and my very favorite Ellen Park poured her heart and soul into the solo. I love these guys.
reminiscing. i think i might cry. i miss all of these people! funny thing, at first when i saw these pics I couldn’t remember what we were doing that day. all i remember is being incredibly happy. and then afterwards i remembered that we got super lost and climbed too much and got prickled and had to climb through fences and walk like seven miles total and then go to ktown (wait that was awesome) and poor kyle couldn’t eat any of the food and then we found new hampshire and dark alleys and it was COLD but we finally got home. without rj. because he couldn’t come over. :(
but those are still good memories because of good people and i need to stop typing now because i’m getting way too cheesy.

this video is actually from the future, when we will be living together in an apartment treehouse fort made up of bacon and love.
While waiting for class, I saw someone curled up taking a nap in the corner. I personally love taking naps in random corners, and I feel deeply for anyone who is that tired. I figured this person probably needed an energy boost, so I decided to leave him an apple. I wrote this note so that he would know that the apple was for him, snuck up, and set it down by his head.
I was sitting a little bit further down the hall, so I could see when he woke up. He sat up and stared at the apple for a while, picked up the note and read it, then said “yessssss” under his breath and walked down the hall, apple in hand.
Definitely made my day. Hope it made his.
